What’s the material of your jewelry?

All of our jewelry is crafted with high-quality Sona simulated diamonds or moissanite diamonds.

Moissanite:
Moissanite is a naturally occurring silicon carbide mineral, but it is extremely rare in nature, so gemstone-quality moissanite is primarily lab-grown. Once cut, it displays exceptional brilliance and fire, making it one of the world’s most radiant gemstones.

Sona Simulated Diamonds:
Sona simulated diamonds are created through a specialized process to deliver outstanding durability and optical performance. They are more scratch-resistant and ideal for everyday wear, offering superior sparkle at a more affordable price — the perfect choice for those seeking high quality with great value.

Are the stones real diamonds?

No.All of our jewelry is manufactured using the best quality handpicked stones. We use the latest non-tarnish sterling silver and the stones are lab created gemstones.

Will your jewelry turn my finger green?

No, our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver and plated with 18K gold, so it won’t turn your skin green. Green discoloration is usually caused by jewelry made from copper. We use only genuine 925 sterling silver, and the quality of our materials has been verified by the internationally recognized testing institution SGS.

What is plating on your jewelry? Will it let my finger allergic?

We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. In fact, We have rhodium plating over our jewelry, which include white gold, yellow gold, rose gold. Rhodium plating is often added on to silver jewelry to increase shine, luster and durability. It will also make the metal more scratch resistant and, when used on silver jewelry, less prone to tarnishing. And there is no one said that our ring let their finger allergic. Please don't be worry.

Will our jewelry drop stones?

No. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted by experienced artisans with great attention to detail. Before shipping, every item undergoes three rounds of rigorous quality inspection to ensure perfection. Our packaging is designed with shock-proof and anti-squeeze protection to keep your jewelry safe in transit. However, in rare cases, a stone may come loose if the package experiences a strong impact during delivery or if the jewelry isn't properly cared for during wear.

 What if the ring size doesn’t fit?

Don’t worry — we use US standard sizing. If the ring still doesn’t fit, you can exchange or return it within 30 days as long as it hasn’t been worn.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Under normal circumstances, you can wear it every day. We recommend removing your jewelry before working out, sleeping, showering, or using hand soap and sanitizer. This helps preserve the shine and keeps your jewelry looking beautiful for everyday wear.

What should I avoid to protect my jewelry?

Please take off your jewelry before applying lotion, sunscreen, perfume, or hand sanitizer. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals like bleach, chlorine, hairspray, and cleaning products, as they can damage the finish over time.

Can I use a jewelry cleaner to clean my piece?

We don’t recommend using commercial jewelry cleaners, as they may remove the rhodium plating. For best results, gently clean your jewelry with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap, then dry with a soft cloth.

How should I store my jewelry when I’m not wearing it?

Store your jewelry in a dry, clean place—ideally in a jewelry box or soft pouch. Keeping pieces separate helps prevent scratches and tangling.

How often should I clean my jewelry?

A gentle clean every few weeks is perfect for regularly worn pieces. Regular care helps maintain shine and keeps your jewelry looking fresh.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

Yes. We provide a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear. (Effective Sept. 18, 2025)Our warranty has been upgraded from One Year to Lifetime Warranty. All purchases from this date forward are covered for life.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The warranty covers craftsmanship and material defects. 

What is not covered under the warranty?

Lost or stolen items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.

The warranty does not cover:Normal wear and tear,Plating fading over time,Accidental damage or misuse,Stone loss caused by heavy impact.

What is your return policy?

We offer an easy 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to return the order?

To request a return, or if you otherwise require assistance, please email us at: service@louilyjewelry.com.  After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once an inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

If I don’t like the product I purchased?

We want you to feel free when shopping at Louilyjewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account.

How do you secure my payment information?

We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on Louilyjewelry are handled by paypal and Credit card.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Google Pay and all major Credit/Debit cards.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Installment options are available through PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna.

Is my payment information secure? 

Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal and certified payment providers.
We do not store or access your payment information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you did not pay for the order, then you can modify and reorder.

If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or modify it in 8 hours for any reason. If more than 8 hours, Please send a request to our customer service: service@louilyjewelry.com representatives your order for assistance.
