We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship to ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful as the moment you received it.

What’s Included

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear conditions. If an issue arises, we’re here to help make it right.

Warranty Terms

1. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs when sending items back for service.

2. Please contact our customer service team before returning your item to receive the correct return address.

3. Ensure your jewelry is securely packaged before shipping. Louily Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. A trackable shipping method must be used. Non-trackable returns cannot be processed.

5. Items showing signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear may not be covered under warranty, as determined by our jewelry specialists.

Warranty Update (Effective Sept. 18, 2025)

Our warranty has been upgraded from One Year to Lifetime Coverage. All purchases from this date forward are covered for life.
